The guest house features an expansive view of the Pedernales River valley, and overlooks the historic LBJ Ranch. The sitting porch on the back side of the rental is very quiet and private. In addition to the view, this area features terrific bird watching as well.

The location is convenient to Fredericksburg and Johnson City, and it lies right in the heart of the popular Hill Country wine region. LBJ National and State parks are right nearby. The Elephant Preserve is very nearby as well. And I cannot forget to mention all of the great Texas Hill Country cycling routes that are easily accessible when staying here.
